Revenue Sensor Plans and Limits for Marketing Analytics
What Free, Starter and Pro include and cost, how limits are counted, and how billing works.
Free costs nothing and needs no card. Starter lists at $99.99 a month and Pro at $199.99 a month. There is no cap on apps or ad accounts on any plan: what varies is how many integrations you can connect, how much history you can reach, and how often data refreshes.

How far back you can look
Each plan's history window decides both how far back we import and how far back you can read: 30 days on Free, 90 days on Starter and 6 months on Pro. Prices are kept current on the pricing page, which is the source of truth for what you pay; the grid above describes what each tier includes.
Prices and discounts
- Yearly billing is 20% off the list price (the yearly list price is twelve times the monthly one).
- The suite discount applies when Refund Sensor, Revenue Sensor and AI Review Sensor are all on the same paid tier and the same billing cycle: 25% off monthly, 40% off yearly. Fewer sensors, mixed tiers or mixed cycles get no suite discount, though yearly sensors still get their 20%.
- Every price is the exact amount, to the cent. Paddle is the merchant of record and handles tax.
How limits are counted
- An integration is one finished connection: one sign-in or one key. Ten Google Ads accounts under one connection are one integration; two separate Meta connections are two.
- A connect attempt that was abandoned or failed does not count.
- Disconnecting frees the slot.
Changing plan
- Upgrading from Starter to Pro takes effect immediately, and the prorated difference is charged today.
- Downgrading a tier takes effect at renewal: you keep the tier you paid for until the end of the current billing period.
- Switching between monthly and yearly starts a new cycle on the new term, and you are never charged twice.
- Adding Revenue Sensor to a workspace that already pays for another sensor starts access now and opens its own subscription with its own renewal date. The other sensors' renewal dates do not change, so you can receive several invoices, one per subscription.
- Only the workspace Owner can change billing. Invoices are issued by Paddle and downloaded from Billing → Invoices.
If a payment fails
A failed renewal does not switch anything off straight away. A 21-day grace period starts, during which your data keeps syncing and you keep full access, and reminder emails go out. Paying at any point in that window restores everything; on day 21 the sensor drops to Free. Cancelling on purpose takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for, with no refund, and you can resume before that date.
The Refund and Cancellation policy covers refunds, cancellations and the grace window in full.
