Plans and limits

What Free, Starter and Pro include, how limits are counted, and what happens when you change plan.

Plans are flat monthly prices. Apps and ad accounts are unlimited on paid plans — what varies is how many integrations you can connect, how much history you can reach, and how often data refreshes.

The plans

PlanFor
FreeOne spend source and one revenue source. Enough to see your real margin before you commit.
StarterA small portfolio: more integrations, deeper history, faster refresh.
ProFull integration coverage, the deepest history window, the fastest refresh, and team features.

The pricing page carries the current numbers for each tier. It is the source of truth; this page describes the shape.

How limits are counted

  • An integration is one connected provider, not one account. Ten Google Ads accounts under one connection are one integration.
  • Disconnecting and reconnecting the same provider does not consume an extra slot.
  • Only net growth counts. Setting something up, changing your mind, and removing it leaves you where you started.

Changing plan

Upgrades take effect immediately — the new limits are live as soon as the payment goes through. Downgrades are scheduled: you keep the tier you paid for until the end of the current billing period, and the lower tier takes over at renewal.

If a payment fails

A failed renewal does not switch anything off straight away. There is a grace period during which your data keeps syncing and you keep access, so a lapsed card does not cost you a month of history. Cancelling on purpose ends at the period you already paid for, with no extra grace on top.

The Refund and Cancellation policy covers refunds, cancellations and the grace window in full.
