Account settings

The options on each connected account's Config tab, and what disconnecting does.

Each connected account has its own page with tabs for its overview, apps and settings. The Config tab holds the settings that change what the account's numbers mean. Which sections appear depends on the source.

Config options

SettingApplies toWhat it does
Revenue basisRevenue sourcesShows the account's revenue as Customer paid, After tax or Payout (the default), wherever the source reports what that needs. Asks before saving, because it changes what every teammate sees.
Fees & taxSpend sourcesAdds what the spend really costs on top of what the platform bills: a fee such as an agency's commission, and optionally a tax charged on spend and fee together (for example 18% GST). Set a default, then give ad accounts or apps their own rate.
Ad networksAppLovin MAXSwitch off a network MAX mediates and its revenue stops counting anywhere. Use it for a network you also connect directly.
Track all appsUnity AdsAdds apps that start advertising after you connected, with their history, on every sync.
Revenue bucketsGoogle PlayOne Cloud Storage URI per Play developer account, so revenue can be read from each account's financial reports.
Exact Apple numbersApple IAPShows how many apps match App Store Connect → Analytics → Proceeds day for day. With a non-Admin key, you can paste a one-time Admin key here to switch the rest on. It is never stored.
AccountEvery sourceThe connected account and its sync details.

Meta Ads accounts also have a Campaigns tab, with Auto-Connect for new campaigns.

Display currency

All data is stored in US dollars, converted at each day's exchange rate when it arrives. The display currency you pick in the console only changes how figures are shown.

Disconnecting

Disconnecting deletes the imported data

Disconnecting removes the connection, its stored access and all the data it imported. Dashboards and the P&L stop showing those figures. It cannot be undone, and reconnecting later starts a fresh import. Other connections of the same provider are not affected.

If you only want to stop syncing for a while, use Pause syncing instead: every imported day is kept.
