Sync and data freshness
How often each source refreshes, how the first sync works, how late each provider's data arrives, and what the Sync status labels mean.
Revenue Sensor checks every connection every 30 minutes and syncs the ones that are due on your plan: every 30 minutes on Pro, every 3 hours on Starter and once a day on Free.
The first sync and later syncs
- The first sync loads the last ten days so a new source shows data within minutes.
- The rest of the history is then imported in the background, back to your plan's history window (30 days, 90 days or 6 months) or as far as the provider keeps data, whichever is shorter. AppLovin MAX keeps a rolling 45-day window.
- Every later sync re-reads the trailing 14 days, so late conversions, refunds and corrections overwrite earlier figures in place.
- Access is read-only, and credentials are stored encrypted.
Data delays by provider
| Source | When data arrives |
|---|---|
| Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads, Unity Ads | With each sync. Platforms restate recent days, which the 14-day re-read picks up. |
| Apple IAP | Apple publishes each day's sales report after the day ends, so today never shows yet. Exact App Store Connect numbers can take a few more days while Apple prepares its Analytics reports. |
| Google Play | Refunds in near real time. The current month comes from Google's provisional sales report; the final earnings report, with Google's fee, lands once a month, up to four to five weeks after the sale. |
| Google AdMob | Estimated earnings that can still move for a few days. |
| AppLovin MAX | Figures for the last few hours are estimates that firm up as AppLovin finishes processing. |
| Paddle | With each sync, or within a minute or two if you set up the optional webhook. |
Sync status labels
The Sync status page shows each connection's health and the latest sync activity. A connection is Healthy only when it is connected, has nothing to fix and is up to date.
| Label | Means |
|---|---|
| Healthy | Connected, nothing to fix, and synced within your plan's refresh window. |
| Syncing | A sync or a history import is running now. |
| Needs fixing | A critical problem: nothing is arriving until it is fixed. The detail line says what to do. |
| Needs a look | A warning, such as apps missing from your Play reports. Data still arrives, but may be incomplete. |
| Behind | Two refreshes in a row were missed (never flagged sooner than 3 hours). |
| Never synced | Connected, but no sync has finished yet. |
| Setup incomplete | The connect flow was not finished. |
| Paused | You paused syncing. Old data is expected, so it is never treated as a problem. |
Sync controls
- Sync now pulls the recent days straight away. Free allows 1 a day, Starter 10 a day, and Pro has no limit.
- Full sync re-imports the account's whole history, up to your plan's window. Existing days are replaced, never doubled.
- Pause syncing stops automatic syncs for an account and keeps every imported day. Resume picks up where it left off.
- A history import can be paused and resumed on its own. If one window keeps failing, the import stops by itself and offers Retry.
