1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Revenue Sensor website at revenuesensor.com and the related software, dashboards, APIs, and services (together, the "Service"), operated by Vasundhara Solutions Lab LLP ("Revenue Sensor", "we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account, clicking "I agree", or otherwise accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation, and "you" refers to that organisation.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Revenue Sensor is a business platform that helps app publishers, mobile game studios, and performance agencies see their true marketing profit. It brings ad spend and app revenue into a single profit-and-loss view, calculates ROAS and net profit, and reports on that data by app, account, and campaign.

To provide the Service, Revenue Sensor connects to the ad and revenue accounts you authorise — currently Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads, Unity Ads, AppLovin MAX, Google AdMob, the Apple App Store, and Google Play — using credentials you supply, such as an Apple .p8 API key, a Google service-account key, or an OAuth authorisation you grant.

We may add, change, or remove features of the Service at any time. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes that adversely affect your use.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. The Service is intended for business and professional use, not for personal or household use. You must not be barred from using the Service under applicable law, including export controls or sanctions.

4. Accounts, workspaces, and security

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering and keep it up to date.

  • Revenue Sensor accounts are passwordless — you sign in with a one-time email code or a linked single sign-on account (Google, Apple, Facebook, Microsoft, or GitHub). You are responsible for safeguarding access to the email inbox and any single sign-on accounts you use to sign in, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

  • Your data lives in a workspace. Workspace owners and admins can invite collaborators, assign roles, and revoke access. The workspace owner is responsible for the actions of the users they invite.

  • For security, a Revenue Sensor session is bound to one device at a time; signing in elsewhere ends the previous session.

  • You must notify us promptly at [email protected] of any unauthorised use or security breach.

  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are inaccurate, fraudulent, or in breach of these Terms.

5. Platform credentials and your authorisations

To use the Service, you connect ad and revenue accounts — by granting an OAuth authorisation, or by supplying credentials such as an Apple .p8 key with its Key ID and Issuer ID, a Google Play service-account key, or a Cloud Storage location holding your Play earnings reports. By doing so, you:

  • represent and warrant that you are authorised to provide them and to grant us access to the connected accounts and data;

  • authorise us to access, retrieve, and process spend, revenue, transaction, and campaign data from those accounts, on the schedule and scope you configure;

  • agree to comply with the applicable platform's terms (including Apple's Developer Program License Agreement and App Store policies, Google Ads and Google Play developer agreements and policies, and the terms of Meta, TikTok, Unity, AppLovin, and AdMob); and

  • acknowledge that you remain responsible for the accounts, apps, and mappings you connect, and for the cost and attribution settings you configure.

We handle your credentials as described in our Privacy Policy. You may revoke or rotate them at any time.

Accuracy of reported figures. The Service reports figures derived from data supplied by third-party platforms. Those platforms restate, delay, and deduplicate their own data, and some revenue sources report on a lag. Revenue Sensor is a reporting and analysis tool, not a system of record for accounting, tax, or statutory reporting. You should reconcile against your platform payout statements before relying on any figure for those purposes.

6. Subscriptions, fees, and billing

6.1 Plans and pricing

The Service is offered on a free plan and on paid subscription plans. The applicable plans, features, limits, and prices are shown on our pricing page and at checkout. Prices are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.

6.2 Payment processor

Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as our Merchant of Record and reseller. Tax, where applicable, is calculated, collected, and remitted by Paddle. By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle's applicable terms. We do not store your full card or banking details.

6.3 Auto-renewal

Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual) at the then-current price, until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorise us (through Paddle) to charge your payment method on each renewal.

6.4 Upgrades and downgrades

Upgrades take effect immediately and the charge is adjusted for the remainder of the current period. Downgrades are scheduled: you keep the tier you paid for until the end of the current period, and the lower tier takes effect at renewal.

6.5 Cancellation

You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from Settings → Billing, without contacting anyone. There is no cancellation fee and no notice period. Cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of your current billing period; your access continues until that date, after which the workspace moves to the free plan rather than being closed. See Section 7 and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6.6 Price changes

We may change our prices. We will give reasonable advance notice of any increase, which will take effect at your next renewal. Continued use after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance.

6.7 Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, your access is not switched off immediately. A grace period of 21 days applies, during which your integrations keep syncing while retry attempts run and we email you. If payment has still not succeeded when the grace period ends, the workspace moves to the free plan.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary, we refund duplicate or accidental charges, billing errors on our side, and periods in which a defect on our side made the Service unusable and we could not resolve it.

Outside those cases, fees already charged are not refunded — including partially used billing periods after a renewal, periods in which the Service was available but not used, and gaps in data caused by a third party such as a revoked platform token or an outage at a connected provider. Cancelling stops future renewals rather than refunding the current period (see Section 6.5). Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have under applicable law.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to, and not to permit anyone else to:

  • use the Service in violation of any law or any connected platform's terms;

  • provide credentials or data you are not authorised to provide;

  • access the Service to build a competing product, to benchmark for a competitor, or to resell access without a written agreement;

  • copy, reverse engineer, decompile, or scrape the Service except as permitted by law;

  • interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the Service, or probe it for vulnerabilities without authorisation;

  • introduce malware or any harmful code;

  • use the Service to send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or spam communications; or

  • misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

We may investigate and take appropriate action, including suspension or termination, for any suspected violation.

9. Customer data and your responsibilities

You retain all rights to the data you submit to, or that your connected platforms provide to, the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Data solely to provide, secure, and improve the Service for you.

As between you and us, you are the controller of any personal data within Customer Data and we are your processor; that processing is governed by our Data Processing Agreement. You represent that you have all necessary rights, consents, and lawful bases to provide that data and to have it processed by the Service.

We may use aggregated and de-identified data — data that cannot reasonably be used to identify you, your users, or your apps — to operate, analyse, and improve the Service and to publish benchmarks. We do not sell Customer Data.

Retention. How long we retain reporting data depends on your plan, as described on our pricing page and in our Privacy Policy. Data outside your plan's retention window may no longer be available to you. You can remove a connected source or delete your account at any time — see Data Deletion.

10. Intellectual property

The Service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and trademarks (including the "Revenue Sensor" name and logo), is owned by Vasundhara Solutions Lab LLP or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes during your subscription. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.

You retain ownership of your own data and content. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and use it solely to provide and improve the Service.

If you provide feedback or suggestions, we may use them without restriction or obligation to you.

11. Third-party services

The Service integrates with and links to third-party platforms and services (such as Google, Meta, Apple, TikTok, Unity, AppLovin, and Paddle). We are not responsible for those third parties, their availability, their data accuracy, or their terms. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.

12. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, that it will meet your requirements, or that any figure it reports will be complete or perfectly accurate. The Service supports your analysis and decisions; it does not make them. You remain responsible for your own budgets, bidding, spending, accounting, and compliance decisions, and for any outcome that follows from them.

13. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • NEITHER PARTY WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, ADVERTISING SPEND, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vasundhara Solutions Lab LLP and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from (a) your use of the Service, (b) your data or content, (c) your breach of these Terms, or (d) your violation of any law or third-party rights, including any connected platform's terms.

15. Suspension and termination

  • You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time (see Sections 6.5 and 7).

  • We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, create risk or legal exposure, or if we discontinue the Service. We will generally try to notify you first where practical.

  • On termination, your right to use the Service ends. You should retrieve any data you need before your access ends; after termination we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement, unless retention is required by law.

  • Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 7, 9, 10, 12, 13, 14, 16, and 17) will survive.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to Section 17, the courts at Surat, Gujarat, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.

17. Dispute resolution

The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably through good-faith discussions. If a dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, by a sole arbitrator appointed by us. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Surat, Gujarat, India, and the language shall be English. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding. This clause does not prevent either party from seeking urgent interim relief from the courts in Surat, Gujarat.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where required, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

19. General

  • Entire agreement: these Terms, together with the documents referenced in them, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.

  • Assignment: you may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

  • Severability: if any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

  • No waiver: our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.

  • Notices: we may send notices to the email associated with your account; you may contact us at the details below.

  • Force majeure: we are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
