Data Deletion

You own your data. This page explains exactly how to remove a connected source, delete your account, or request full erasure of the data RevenueSensor holds about you.

01

Overview

RevenueSensor (“RevenueSensor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) connects the ad and revenue sources you choose, syncs their data, and shows you dashboards and analytics. All of that data belongs to you.

You can remove your data at any time by disconnecting an individual source, deleting your account outright, or emailing us to request erasure. This page explains each option and what happens after. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

02

What We Store

Depending on which sources you connect, the data associated with your account may include:

  • Your account profile — name, email, and authentication details.
  • Encrypted access tokens for the sources you connect (for example Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Apple), used only to sync your data.
  • Synced metrics such as ad spend, impressions, clicks, installs, and revenue, normalized for reporting.

We do not post to your connected accounts or change anything in them — access is read-only.

03

Remove a Source

To remove a single connected source (such as Meta Ads or Google Ads) without deleting your whole account:

  • Sign in to RevenueSensor.
  • Open Integrations from the left sidebar.
  • Find the source, open its ⋯ (more) menu, and choose Disconnect.

Disconnecting immediately deletes that source's stored access token, stops any further syncing, and removes the metrics synced from that source. Your other connected sources are untouched.

04

Delete Your Account

To permanently delete your entire account and all data associated with it, email us at [email protected] from the address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account.”

We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before we act on the request, to protect your data from unauthorized deletion. Deletion removes your profile, every connected source and its stored tokens, and all of your synced metrics. This action cannot be undone.

05

What Happens Next

Once verified, we process deletion requests within 30 days. Your stored access tokens, synced metrics, and profile are deleted from our active systems.

Residual copies may persist briefly in encrypted backups and are overwritten on our normal backup rotation. We may retain a minimal record where required to comply with legal, tax, or security obligations, as described in our Privacy Policy.
