Privacy Policy

We help app publishers see their true marketing profit. To do that, we connect to ad and revenue platforms on your behalf — and we take care with the data that flows through.

Overview

RevenueSensor (“RevenueSensor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a unified marketing profit & loss platform for app publishers, mobile game studios, and performance agencies. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our website, beta program, and product (collectively, the “Service”), how we use it, and the choices you have.

By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Information We Collect

Account & contact information

When you join the beta waitlist or create an account, we collect your name, email address, company, role, and similar information you provide.

Ad spend & revenue data

With your authorization, we connect to ad networks (such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads, AdMob) and revenue sources (such as App Store Connect, Google Play, RevenueCat, Unity LevelPlay, Meta Audience Network) to import campaign, spend, install, attribution, and revenue metrics for your apps.

Usage & device data

We collect standard log data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, timestamps) and product analytics about how you interact with the Service so we can improve it.

Communications

If you contact us or subscribe to our profit digest, we store the contents of your messages and your subscription preferences.

How We Use Information

  • Provide the Service — unify your ad spend and revenue, compute true ROAS and profit, surface leaks.
  • Operate and improve the platform — debug issues, build new features, monitor performance.
  • Communicate with you — beta updates, account notices, and (if you opt in) product news and benchmarks.
  • Protect the Service — detect abuse, prevent fraud, enforce our Terms.
  • Meet legal obligations — comply with applicable laws, respond to lawful requests.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your connected ad or revenue data to train general-purpose AI models for third parties.

Connected Ad & Revenue Platforms

You decide which platforms to connect. We use each platform's official API and the OAuth scopes you authorize — typically read-only access to reporting endpoints. You can revoke access at any time from your RevenueSensor dashboard or directly from the platform's account settings.

We store the imported reporting data so we can show you historical trends. We do not modify campaigns, change bids, or take any write actions unless you explicitly enable a feature that requires it.

Sharing & Disclosure

We share information only in these limited cases:

  • Service providers — cloud hosting, analytics, error monitoring, email delivery, and similar processors that act on our instructions under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection agreements.
  • Within your organization — teammates you invite or who share your workspace.
  • Legal & safety — when required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to the protections of this policy.

Data Retention

We retain account information for as long as your account is active. Imported ad spend and revenue data is retained to power historical reporting; you can request deletion at any time. Backups are purged on a rolling basis.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest for sensitive fields, scoped access tokens, role-based access controls, and continuous monitoring. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to protect your data and will notify affected users in the event of a breach as required by law.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal information, and to object to certain uses. You can also withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.

To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

Cookies & Tracking

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings. For details, see our Cookie Policy.

International Transfers

We operate globally. Where we transfer personal information across borders, we rely on appropriate legal mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent safeguards.

Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service before the changes take effect. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
