1. What this Policy covers

This Cookie Policy explains how Revenue Sensor (operated by Vasundhara Solutions Lab LLP) uses cookies and similar technologies on revenuesensor.com and within the Service. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.

2. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help the site function, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used. We also use similar technologies such as local storage, which we refer to collectively as "cookies" where relevant.

We keep our use of these technologies to a minimum. Revenue Sensor sets no cookies of its own — neither on our marketing pages nor in the dashboard. The information we do keep on your device is held in your browser's local storage, described in Section 3.

3. Types of cookies we use

1. Strictly Necessary

  • Purpose: enable core functions such as signing in, keeping you signed in, and maintaining your active session.

  • How we do this: Revenue Sensor does not use cookies for authentication. Your session is held in your browser's local storage (or session storage, if you choose not to stay signed in) and sent to us as a request header. This information stays on your device until you sign out, your session expires, or you clear your browser storage.

  • Examples: rs-auth (your signed-in session), rs-auth-remember (whether you asked to stay signed in).

  • Consent required: No — this is essential to provide the Service you asked for.

2. Analytics / Performance

  • Purpose: understanding how the Service is used.

  • What we set: nothing. Revenue Sensor does not run any analytics, product-analytics, or session-recording tool on its website or in the dashboard. We do not set analytics cookies and we do not load third-party analytics scripts.

  • Consent required: Not applicable.

3. Preferences (local storage, not cookies)

For minor interface preferences — such as your display currency, time zone, or remembering that you dismissed an in-app notice — we use your browser's local storage rather than cookies. This information stays on your device and is not sent to us. Your cookie-banner choice is stored the same way, under rs-cookie-consent.

We do not use marketing, advertising, or retargeting cookies, we do not set analytics cookies, and we do not sell data collected through cookies or local storage.

4. Third-party cookies

One third party we use may set cookies:

  • Paddle — our payment provider (Merchant of Record). When you open the checkout to start or change a paid subscription, Paddle's checkout loads in the dashboard and may set cookies to process your payment and prevent fraud. This happens only at checkout; Paddle is not loaded on our marketing pages or during normal use of the dashboard.

Paddle processes data in accordance with its own privacy policy.

The Service also connects to platforms such as Google, Meta, Apple, TikTok, Unity, and AppLovin to retrieve your advertising and revenue data. Those connections are server-to-server and set no cookies in your browser. Where you authorise a connection through a sign-in window, that platform may set cookies on its own domain under its own policy.

5. Your choices and how to manage cookies

  • Consent banner: where required by law (for example, in the EEA/UK), we ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies. You can accept or reject, and change your choice at any time by clearing your browser storage for our site.

  • Browser controls: most browsers let you block or delete cookies and clear local storage through their settings. Clearing storage for our site will sign you out and reset your interface preferences.

  • Withdraw consent: you can withdraw consent at any time; this will not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.

  • Deleting your data: to remove a connected source or delete your account entirely, see Data Deletion.

6. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version.
